M. L.I.Sc. : The General Standard of admission test will be that of B.Lib. Sc./ B. L. & I. Sc. / B.L.I.Sc. Examination.
There shall be one paper of 2 ½ hours duration consisting of 3 sections of 100 marks covering the following.
Section “A” (Total Marks – 50)
| 1. | Multiple Choice Question – 40 Questions of 1 mark each. | 40 marks |
| 2. | Fill in the blanks – one word question – 10 Questions of 1 mark each | 10 marks |
Section “B” (Total Marks – 40)
| 3. | Short Question – 8 Questions of 5 marks each (not more than 100 words) | 40 marks |
Section “C” (Total Marks – 10)
| 4. | Essay – One Question of 10 marks (not more than 200 words) | 10 marks |
Total Number of Questions – 59
Total marks – 100
