The KSLU headquarters is at Navanagar, Hubballi. The University offers courses in Law. At present, KSLU offers the 3 years LL.B. course, 5 years B.A., LL.B., B.B.A., LL.B. and B.A., LL.B., (Hon’s) B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) integrated programs and LL.M. program apart from the certificate and P.G.Diploma courses. In addition, PhD and LL.D. programs are also offered on the main campus. Admission Process in Karnataka State Law University (KSLU)
Admission in Karnataka State Law University is strictly based on the merit list as per the norms. The admission application forms are available online at KSLU official website. The University releases the notification regarding admission in various courses of Law. Candidates need to submit admission fees as prescribed by the University. There are certain eligibility criteria for admission in any course.
Seats are reserved for students who belong to Karnataka, which are from the outside Karnataka state and also for physically challenged students. For PhD courses, the admission will be based on an interview conducted by the University and not on merit-based. Students taking admission in PhD courses, have to qualify for the interview. The merit list and results will be available on the official KSLU website. Admission in KSLU’s Law School is done based on admission test.

KSLU’s Law School
The Law School of Karnataka State Law University was established as a constituent college through a statute in 2009. Being located in the peaceful main campus at Navanagar, Hubli, the School provides congenial ambience for teaching-learning activities. The Law school offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs. At the undergraduate level, five-year integrated Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A., LL.B.(Hons.)) and Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (B.B.A., LL.B.(Hons.)) programmes are offered.
While at the post-graduate level the Master of Laws (LL.M.) programme with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law and Corporate and Commercial Laws are offered. The students are admitted to the courses in the Law school based on an admission test. The rules relating to reservation and fees concession issued by the government are followed. The outstation boys and girls are provided with good hostel accommodation. As a part of social commitment, the School organizes training programmes and workshops for Government Officials, members of NGOs, officers of Universities, etc.
