Important Instructions
Following are some important instructions that the students appearing for the University exam must follow.
- Reach the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
- Candidates are forbidden from taking anything except pens, pencils, rubbers, stencils, calculators and drawing instruments into the exam hall.
- The exchange of the above materials will not be allowed in the exam hall.
- Carry your admit card and valid identity card on the day of the exam.
- Do not carry any unfair means such as Mobile Phone/Pager, Scanner pen or camera, or any electronic/digital gadget, etc inside the exam hall.
- Seating in the exam hall with any electronic gadgets will be treated as Copy Case (U.F.M. Case).
- Avoid any kind of malpractice during the exam otherwise student shall be debarred from the exam.

Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University releases the MCBU admit card online. The University releases the admit card for various courses on the online website. To access the admit card, students need to provide their ‘Enroll Number’, ‘Semester’, ‘Status’ and ‘Session’. Students are advised to carry the printed admit card on the day of the exam along with one valid identity card. The examiner shall verify the admit card of every student during the exam. No student shall be allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card.
