Vinoba Bhave University (VBU) was established in the year 1992. It is located in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, India and is funded by the Government of India. VBU offers Under Graduate, Post Graduate, M.Phil. and PhD programs under the Traditional and Vocational courses. Vinoba Bhave University is imparting post-graduate teaching and research in Physical Science, Life Science, Earth Science, Social Science, Humanities, Commerce, Technology and Medical Science. Vinoba Bhave University (VBU)
Vinoba Bhave University has one Medical, Dental & Ayurvedic College. VBU also has four Homeopathy colleges and five Engineering and Law Colleges. Every year, 900 B.Tech, 4000 graduate in the general courses, 550 graduates in professional and vocational courses and 500 postgraduate including M.Tech. Degree is being awarded. Since its inception more than 400 PhD degrees have been awarded in all subjects, including technology. This university is also a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, London. VBU Admission Process
Admission to Vinoba Bhave University is done through marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test (CET). The application forms for admission are made available online at the official website. Interested students are advised to fill out and submit the admission application on or before the last date. Students also need to pay the admission fees on time. After the due date, no application forms shall be entertained under any circumstances.
