Alagappa University Results 2024
A candidate has to secure scores not less than 40% marks in the University exam and 40% marks in internal assessment to pass the exam. The total aggregate required is not less than 50% taking the continuous assessment and university exam together. Candidates can apply for the revaluation of the answer script if not satisfied with the marks secured in the exam. The students who fail in any courses shall be allowed to appear in such failed courses in the next exam being held in Oct/Nov or April/May. Revaluation of Answer Script
Candidates can apply for the revaluation of the answer script after the declaration of the result. The eligible students can apply for the revaluation of the answer script. A student must obtain a photocopy of the answer script before applying for the revaluation. To obtain the photocopy of the answer script students are provided 15 days from the date of result declaration. Students can apply for revaluation within 10 days from the date of receipt of the photocopy of the answer script. Alagappa University’s revaluation result is published online after the revaluation is done successfully.
Improvement of Marks
Students who wish to improve their marks on the university exam other than practical / Project Work. The University shall permit the students to reappear for the theory courses in the next semester exam in which he/she has passed on the first attempt. The student is allowed only one time to improve their marks. If students improve his/her marks in the improvement exam then the marks will be updated on the original mark sheet. If the student fails to improve the marks then no change will be made.
About University Examination
Alagappa University conducts the degree exam twice a year in semester mode (Odd & Even Semester). The University conducts the odd semester exam in October/November and the even semester in April/May.
