Uttarakhand is a state in the Northern Part of India. It is also referred to as Devbhumi. Dehradun is the capital of the state. Dehradun is also known as school capital of India. According to Census 2011, the literacy rate of the state was 79.63 %. The male literacy rate is 88.33% and 70.7.% of Female.
