Acharya Nagarjuna University is a State University established on September 11, 1976, by the former President of India, Sri Fakruddin Ali Ahmed. The University is located at Nambur, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. ANU is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). ANU has completed three decades of its existence. In the period of 30 years, ANU has successfully overcome most of the problems and moving forward with enthusiasm, determination, and hope. The pillars of Archya Nagarjuna University growth are sacrifices, service and commitment. The University has achieved tremendous progress through quantitative improvement and expansion on various fronts by the effort of dedicated faculty, an efficient team of supporting staff and high-quality student input.

ANU has with campus student strength of over 5000, the University offers instruction for higher learning in 68 UG & PG programs and guidance for the award of M.Phil and Ph.D in 48 disciplines spread over six campus colleges.

Acharya Nagarjuna University Admission Process

The Admission in Acharya Nagarjuna University for UG and PG courses are based on the marks secured in the Intermediate. The admission to Engineering Courses is based on the entrance exam. Students have to appear for AP Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET). To appear for the entrance test students have to check the eligibility criteria. The eligible students have to complete the registration process. Students have to appear for the Entrance Exam as per the schedules. The qualifying students will be eligible to apply for the admission.
