Re-Valuation of Answer Script
After the declaration of GU Result, if the student who is not satisfied with the marks obtained in the exam or failed in the exam can apply for the Re-valuation / Re-scrutiny of Answer Script. to apply for Re-valuation / Re-scrutiny of the answer sheet student have to fill the application form. The form is available online and the link to download it is also provided on this page.
Students applying for Re-Valuation of Answer Scripts should submit the application form within 15 days from the day of declaration of the results. Students can opt for a maximum of 3 papers for Re-valuation. Re-valuation is limited to theory papers only. Students can not apply for practical, dissertation or project papers. The application form Re-valuation is to be submitted to the Principals of respective colleges for onward transmission to the University. The University will not accept any application form directly from the student. Read the instruction mentioned on the Re-valuation application form.
Fees For Re-Valuation of Answer Script
The fee for Re-valuation is Rs.600/- per paper. If the fee for Re-valuation with photocopy is Rs.700/- per paper. And the fee for obtaining the photocopy of the answer script is Rs. 100/- per paper. Students can pay the fee for the Re-evaluation at the University cash counter or through the bank draft drawn in the favour of the Registrar, Gauhati, Gauhati University, Payable at the State Bank of India, Gauhati University Branch.
