Revaluation / Challenge valuation of Answer Script
Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women’s University allows the students to apply for the revaluation/ challenge valuation of answer scripts. The procedure to apply for both revaluation or challenge valuation of answer scripts is given below:
Challenge valuation of Answer scripts (Applicable for I and III semesters) –
- A student who desires to apply for challenge valuation of theory marks shall obtain a Xerox Copy of the answer script by paying the prescribed fee within 18 days after the announcement of the results.
- She can challenge the grade awarded to her by applying along with the prescribed fee to the Registrar (Evaluation) through the proper channel within 15 days after the announcement of the results.
- This challenge valuation shall be applicable only for a semester-end examination of theory papers and is not applicable for Practice/Practical’s/Project work.
- The candidate has to surrender the grads card if issued earlier to her before the announcement of the results of the challenge valuation.
- The answer script for which challenge valuation is sought shall be sent to another external examiner. The marks awarded in the challenge valuation shall be the final.
Revaluation of Answer Scripts (Applicable for II and IV semesters) –
- A student who desires to apply for revaluation can apply by paying the prescribed fee within the stipulated time after the announcement of the results.
- This revaluation shall be applicable only for a semester-end examination of theory papers and shall not be applicable to Practice/Practical’s/Project work.

Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women’s University was established in 2003 in the city of Vijayapura (Formerly Bijapur) and was formerly known as Karnataka State Women’s University. It is the only Women’s University in Karnataka dedicated exclusively to women’s education. The University has been accredited B grade by NAAC.
