About University
This University is an Indian Public Central University. This University was established by Sir Syed Ahmad Khand in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh in 1877. It has 3 off-campus in Kerala, West Bengal, and Bihar. But the main campus of AMU is located in Aligarh.
