Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU) was established in 1965. CCSU is located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. The university was established to cater to the need for education in western Uttar Pradesh. Currently, there are 7 faculties with 22 UGC sponsored and 35 self-financed/job-oriented courses being run on campus. At present, there are 109 colleges, 252 professional colleges/ institutions and one constituent college affiliated with CCS.
