The Cluster University of Srinagar was established in the year 2016. It is located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. The University offers Under Graduate, Post Graduate, Honors, Integrated and Professional programs. These Cluster Universities shall be created from the existing four to five Colleges that are located in close vicinity. The infrastructure development of the Cluster Universities is funded through the Rashtriya Uchchattar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) scheme of the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD). The Cluster University of Srinagar (CUS) has been created by pooling the resources of five existing colleges of Amar Singh College, Sri Pratap College, Govt. College for Women, M. A. Road, Govt. Degree College, Bemina and Govt. College of Education. These five constituent colleges of the Cluster University have adequate academic, physical and technical infrastructural facilities and the mission of CUS would be to lead these colleges to the advanced schools of learning. Cluster University of Srinagar Admission Process
Admission to Cluster University Srinagar shall be based on merit obtained in the Entrance Test (Common Aptitude Test) and subject-specific paper. The University provides the application forms for admission online at the official website. Interested candidates are advised to fill out the online application form and submit it along with the application fees on or before the last date. Candidates can also submit online Application forms at the University office. No applications shall be accepted thereafter under any circumstances.
