The Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) has released the timetable for End Semester Examination (Even Semester) 2019. The University is conducting the End Semester Exam from April 26, 2019. The End Semester examination will be held in two sessions i.e., Morning and Afternoon. The Morning session will commence at 10 AM and Afternoon session at 02 PM. Students have to put 75% attendance in each course to be eligible to appear for the university end semester examination. The relaxation of 5% is permissible under the medical ground for appearing in the exam. Students eligible to appear in the end semester exam must download their hall ticket. CUTN Hall Ticket 2019
The Central University of Tamil Nadu releases the hall ticket for the end semester exam online. Students can download their hall ticket from the university website. CUTN Hall Ticket is the important document to on the day of the exam. No students will be entertained without the Hall Ticket. It is advised to carry the hall ticket and id card to the exam centre during the exam. Students can even obtain the duplicate hall ticket by paying the fine. CUTN Hall Ticket is released for the eligible students only. Students can check their hall ticket to know the exam venue. The Hall Ticket of each student will be verified by the examiner during the exam.
Important Instructions
Students who are eligible to appear for the university end semester exam must follow the instruction mentioned on the day of the exam.
- Report to the exam venue 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam. No students will be allowed to enter the exam hall after the commencement of the examination.
- Carrying the hall ticket and college id is mandatory on the day of the exam. No students without hall ticket will not be allowed to write the exam.
- Borrowing of any stationary items likes pen, pencil, etc. during the exam is prohibited.
- Mobile Phone, Paper, book, programmable calculators, or any other form of material relevant to the subject of the exam (Theory / Practical) in which the student is appearing is prohibited in the exam hall.
