| Books Reffered: | It depends on the company that you are targeting. I paid attention to algorithm design and database design. For these, I referred Algorithm design by Coreman database design by Korth. |

| Eligibility criteria and students appeared: | The GPA criterion set was 65% and luckily I had the required score. Almost 90m students were eligible to appear in the written round. |
| The Written round: | The paper had all types of questions including technical, aptitude based and personality development type. I remember one question: Generate the 10th greatest palindrome after a given palindrome of number. |
| The Group Discussion Round: | There was no GD |
| The Interview: | Here I was faced with technical as well as HR questions. Technical: How would you normalize a given database ? How would you generate all the permutations of a given number? HR: Why do want to join us? Why not some other product company? What are your expectations? |
| Role of Internships and extracurricular activities: | Yes, my past internships did play a major role J
As far as extracurricular activities are concerned, they can’t be the reason for rejection but always add value and increase your chances of selection when you are competing against equally good candidates :) |
