Library
The Institute has a spacious and well equipped library which is being run according to an open access system. It has rich collection of about 1,33,600 volumes of books, periodicals, reports and reference material. In addition to the books from main library, some more books are issued to students from book bank also. To the students belonging to weaker section(SC/ST) some additional books are given from the Book Bank. Xeroxing facility is available to the users at very nominal rate.
There is a video viewing facility. Large number of books, periodicals, video cassettes and CD-ROMs are available. The library is being fully computerized. The CDNET facilities are to be developed very soon. Library has procured LIBSYS Software(Multi-user) and started the computerization of in house data.

15847 sq m (space per student 7.5 sq m) The glazing work (Glass Partitions) for air conditioning of the library has been done. Library has ten stack halls for books, periodicals (current and bound volumes), video cassettes, Reference Section and book bank.

Entrepreneurship Development Cell
MISSION
To spread entrepreneurship, through education, research and training, thus accelerating economic growth, by increasing the supply of new entrepreneurs and strengthen performance of the existing ones. Entrepreneurship Development Cell has been sponsored by the National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science and Technology (DST) Govt. of India in Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.
E. D. Cell acts as facilitator and resource institution to motivate, guide and help prospective and existing entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurial endeavors / efforts through positive training interventions.
This is an institutional mechanism for providing various services including information to budding (growing) S&T entrepreneurs.
It creates entrepreneurial culture in the present institution and other institutions in the region and to promote the objective of NSTEDB, including programme related to women and weaker section of the society.
Objectives of EDC
To promote strong entrepreneurship among Engineers, Managers and Science students.
To promote entrepreneurship among relevant sectors in the state.
To collaborate with other organizations and institutions.
To organize entrepreneurship development and awareness programs.
To undertake research studies to identify high technology areas having entrepreneurship opportunities.
To develop close links between industry-Institute by interaction programs. High priority to activities designed to bring about improvement in the performance of the industry.
Mobility of industrial personnel. A partnership approach.
To identify the present day requirements for professionals (engineers/ technologists/ managers) and meeting the future human resource needs.
To disseminate technical advances through informal educational techniques.
To train the shop floor personnels by continuing education programme.
To Widen and implement the area of Research & Development and consultancy.
Computer Centre
The Central Computer Centre, a central facility of the Institute since 1989, manages the extensive academic computing & networking facilities of the Institute, providing the Institute community with state-of -art facilities to cater to their computational needs and access to internet resources of the Institute.
The Central Computer Center has undergone a complete change as the Center has been provided with new desktop worth over 11 million Rupees. The entire campus has been provided with state of the art network. It has been extended on optical fiber backbone to cover each and every corner of the Institute. The capus has also been made Wi-Fi.
The Centre is equipped with state of the art equipments. The facilities provided in the centre are organized in three laboratories, hardware & software central Pool and all the laboratories are connected to the internet
A leased line with 34 Mbps Internet bandwidth provides connectivity to the outside world.
The Institute Network now covers the entire academic area including hostels, sports office, dispensary, and guest houses. With additional 8 locations through ADSL connectivity and 300 points through CAT-5 and optical fiber backbone the Institute gives 24 x 7 internet connectivity to give access for browsing and e-mailing to everyone in the Institute
