A student shall be declared a pass if he/she secures the minimum qualifying marks in the exam. The qualifying students shall be promoted to the next higher class. Re-Valuation / Re-Scrutiny of Answer Script

Once the result is declared students can apply for the revaluation / re-scrutiny of the answer script. The revaluation / re-scrutiny is permissible for theory papers only. It is a chargeable process. To apply for the revaluation / re-scrutiny of the answer script students have to submit the application form. It is informed that only the eligible students shall be able to apply for revaluation. The eligible students have to apply within 10 days from the date of declaration of the result. Also attached is a copy of the original mark sheet with the revaluation application.

Students have to download the application form from the website and submitted through the Principal / Head of PG. Department. The fee for Re-valuation / Re-scrutiny is Rs.500/- and Rs.200/- respectively. The student should pay the fee at the university cash counter or through the demand draft drawn in the favour of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University, payable at the State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank, Dibrugarh University Branch. No application shall be entertained after the due date.
