MGCUB Admit Card 2019 – Mahatma Gandhi Central University Bihar conducts the end semester examination at the end of every semester. MGCUB issues the Admit Card to all the students who are eligible to appear for the exam. A student will be considered eligible to appear for the end semester exam only if he/she has filled the course registration form in that semester and 75% attendance in aggregate is also required. MGCUB Admit Card 2019
The eligible students can collect the MGCUB Admit Card from the HOD of the department or the Controller of the exam (COE) of University. Students have to display the receipt of the exam fee in order to obtain the admit card. The University releases the exam schedules online for the university end semester examination. Students can check MGCUB Exam Time Table to know the exam dates and time for their subjects.
Who will be Issued the Admit Card
A student will be considered eligible to obtain the admit card and shall be allowed to appear for the end semester exam only if he/she fulfils the conditions mentioned below.
- Course Registration Form: Students should have successfully registered for the course he/she is appearing in the exam.
- Comprehensive Continous Internal Assessment (CCIA): If the student is awarded with “F” grade in both CCIAs ie, (CCIA1 & CCIA2) shall not be allowed to appear for the end semester exam even if he/she is eligible to appear for the end semester exam.
- Attendance Requirement: A student who fulfils the attendance requirement of 75% in aggregate (attendance taken together for all the courses) in the appearing semester.

Importance of MGCUB Admit Card
MGCUB Hall Ticket is the most important document for appearing in the end semester exam. The Admit Card is issued only to the eligible students. It is the most important document to carry on the day of the exam. Students can check MGCU Admit Card to know the exam date, time, and subject name they are appearing for. It is advised that the students won’t be entertained without the admit card. MGCU Admit Card help the examiner to identify the student. Students are advised that they should not write or damage the admit card.
MGCUB Result
Mahatma Gandhi Central University Bihar releases the result of end semester exam online at the official website, http://www.mgcub.ac.in. MGCUB Result is declared by the controller of the examination (COE) within one month of the exam completion. A student will be considered to pass the exam only if he/she put a minimum required percentage in the course. A student will be awarded “F” grade if S/he fails to secure the pass marks. There shall be a re-evaluation of answer script in the end semester exam. Interested students can apply within the 15 working days from the day of result declaration. The marks awarded after the re-valuation shall be the final and no changes will be made.
